Clandestine Laboratory Safety Supervisor

Course Description

- This 8-hour course is required by Occupations Safety Health Administration (OSHA) for all supervisors or officers at a clandestine laboratory scene who may have to act as the on-scene supervisor.

Who Should Attend

- Law enforcement and support personnel who are clandestine lab safety certified in compliance with OSHA regulation 29 CFR 1910.120 (Hazardous Waste Operation and Emergency Response) and may act as the on-scene supervisor at a clandestine lab site or site safety officer.

Course Objectives

- This course is required by OSHA for all supervisors or officers at a clandestine lab scene who may have to act as the on-scene supervisor. This class is taught with emphasis on the legal issues of supervising a clandestine lab crew while working with hazardous chemicals in dangerous situations.
