Course Description
- This 36-hour course provides training on various techniques and tools which may be utilized in the management and supervision of specialized units.
Who Should Attend
- Unit managers and supervisors responsible for specialized units including, but not limited to, those in intelligence, vice, and narcotics.
Course Objectives
- Upon completion of this course, the student will have the ability to develop and enhance the management and supervisory components of a specialized unit and will have been exposed to personnel management techniques useful in these units.
