Major Crimes Program
CBI's Major Crimes Program provides high-level expertise and experience for the investigation of a variety of crimes that are of a complex and/or multi-jurisdictional nature. Crimes are referred for investigation when they exceed the ability of a local agency in terms of scope, resources or expertise and in cases where conflicts of interest exist.
