Fingerprint Rolling Certification
Regulations
The provisions of the Regulations specified below implement, interpret, and make specific the mandate in Penal Code section 11102.1 to establish a Fingerprint Rolling Certification Program. The Regulations also establish procedures for the Application form, and for the issuance of the required Certification and set forth appeal procedures if the Application is denied or revoked.
