  1. Review and approve April minutes (previously circulated)
  2. Update on lab director survey
  3. Complete attorney survey (new draft previously circulated)
  4. Discussion of Coverdell reporting requirements per January 2008 US DOJ report (previously circulated)
  5. Discussion of permanent state lab oversight commission
  6. Discussion on role of the University of California and California State University in improving crime lab education,training, and oversight
  7. Other new business
  8. Public comment
  9. June meeting and tentative agenda items
