On May 7, 2004, Visalia police officers responded to the 1000 block of N. Cain in Visalia, CA where a drive-by shooting occurred with one person killed. During the investigation, Albert Magallanes was identified as the shooter. There is a current arrest warrant for Magallanes. He is a known Southern gang member and the shooting appears to be gang related.
Suspects should be considered ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
Do not attempt to apprehend any of these individuals.
