On 7/26/08, Ceja and a co-conspirator kidnapped and forcibly raped a 14 year old female. During the multiple rapes, the suspects repeatedly beat the victim and advised that they planned to kill her. The victim later escaped after injuring one of the suspects. Both suspects are now fugitives. Ceja is believed to be hiding in the Los Angeles area.
Suspects should be considered ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
Do not attempt to apprehend any of these individuals.
