During August 2001, subject shot two male victims in the head in Oakland, California. Both victims died and the subject is wanted for a double homicide. The subject is believed to be in California working on cars and installing stereos.
Suspects should be considered ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
Do not attempt to apprehend any of these individuals.
